Refund Policy

Our services usually start within 20 minutes after payment is confirmed.

Returns can be requested after the 2nd day of confirmed payment only if the service has not been started or active. Once started or active, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund.

To be able to request a refund, please send an email to ([email protected]) after the 2nd day (48 hours) of confirmed payment and service not started, requesting cancellation of the order and refund of payment together with the order number placed on our website

Several types of services are refund-free.

Itens que não podem ser reembolsáveis caso ativos/entregues:

  • Serviços de curtidas automáticas;
  • Serviços de visualizações automática.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
Online advertising services on social networks that have already started and have gone offline due to technical unavailability on the part of our company for more than a week (not applicable to profiles and pages that are unavailable, locked, renamed, deleted by the user).

Reembolsos (quando aplicável)

Once the service cancellation request is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will issue the credit automatically to your PayPal account or bank account (for payments via transfer) within a maximum of 48 business hours.

Late or missed refund (when applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund.

Services on offer (when applicable)
You can only ask for a refund for regular priced services. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for services on offer.

Removal by the social network or unfollows/dislikes
If the service shows drops in followers, likes, views, etc. after completion, it will not be refundable. But it will be covered, if the profile or page has not been deleted, placed in private or renamed, by the replacement guarantee, which can be requested for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
